How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow three to five business days to ship your order. Once shipped, please allow 3-4 days for orders to arrive. We typically use UPS and the US Postal Service as our shipping partners. If you have a preference, please let us know when you pace your oder. You will receive your order within 1-2 weeks of making your purchase.
Can I get my order rushed?
Not yet, but we hope to soon.
Where do you ship to?
We are able to ship anywhere in the United States via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you live somewhere else, please let us know you're interested in shopping with us so we know which countries to start offering our products to first.
When do you charge me?
We charge the payment method selected at the time your order is placed. You will be refunded in full if there is any reason we cannot fulfill your order.
The top I bought a month ago is gone, will you be getting more?
Maybe. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and share with us the details of the item you are trying to order. While we only do small-runs of our line, there are some items we plan on running again over multiple seasons.
Returns & Satisfaction
Drop us a line, we want to hear the good, the bad, and the fantastic (we love pictures!). While our goal is to leave you 100% satisfied, we also know that perfection is a dish rarely served in our day-to-day lives. Contact us for any reason, and we will respond and make it it right.I want to return and/or exchange my item?
We will gladly accept a return for refund or exchange on any item purchased on www.thisislu.us. All returned merchandise must be unwashed and in its original condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When do I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, no refund or exchange will be granted.
Why haven't I received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this already and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Any other fine print I should know about?
- Sale Items - only regular priced items may be returned for refund or exchange. All sale items are final.
- Gifts - if the item was a gift, we are only able to do exchanges for equal or greater value. Once the returned item is received, your exchanged item will be mailed to you. We are unable to accept returns for store credit or refunds (unless the refund is going back to the original purchaser).
- Shipping - to return your product, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
